 Dr Nisha Tripathi with more than 15 years of working experience on natural resources is an eminent scholar of phytochemistry. She had carried out extensive research to develop plant based growth models for the livelihood generations in the forward areas. Standardization of techniques for extraction of quality fibers from the plants such as Himalayan nettle and bamboo are her pioneering works awarding her distinction in the filed of integrated natural resource development. She has contributed substantially in the field of economic development based on locally available resources.
